So my posting everday has slightly trailed off. I have reason! If I was to posted it would look a lot like the titled or exactly like the title. Becaus ethat is the only inner dialoge in my head right now...
But I am going to use all of my power to actually do a brief recap of the last oh week or so....
1/22/2010: Had some lower intestine "issues" on Thursday night (issues is a nice way of saying I could not and had not pooed in almost two days=super unhappy sucky Crystal) So I stayed home from work took some laxatives (well, one) and helped Kim make some cake for Erin's Party and also went shopping for party supplies. After cleaning up the Kitchen and cleaning out my pipes:D I was happy and we were on our way to see the rental Kimmie had gotten for Erin's surprise Party.
Not Good! Thankfully I have the most super awesome string husband EVER!! We moved furniture like mo fos and maybe the place MUCH better!
1/23/2010- Erin's Surprise Party set-up...Place looked Killer! Once I can steal some photos I will add to the *must post some photos of that list* lol!
Partied like it was 1999...well, problably better since we were in high school still and a good party consisted of Boonesfarm and immature boys...
So we partied with hot mature husbands and *real* alcohol:) plus poprocks...lol! It was for the signature drink, not for our tripping pleasure!
Erin was VERY surprised and eve said it was her BEST birthday EVER! Score lots of points for Kim since Erin was NOT looking forward to turning 30.
1/24/2010- Party clean up, then dinner/late lunch with Warren's uncle Kyle and Aunt Laura, then appitizers and drinks (crystal style with salad and hot tea for me;)) and a movie with Travis and (insert name when I remember it here). Then home late and realize we did NOTHING we had needed to do to get ready to pack before our week started=sucky!!
More updated later cause I want to scream VACATION IN 4 DAYS here in my cubby office...that would not be good. may still do it;)

ahhh lazy Saturday...not really
So the day started out pretty great a lazy...more cuddling with the hubs and another movie which was much better! Some napping for me and then we had to actually do stuff:( The In-laws showed up for a dump run but before that happened we took them back to our fav little Korean place for some lunch. This time I had the beef/veggie roll, Warren had the Pho, MIL had some Roman Soup...mmmm, and his dad tried what he had the night before. It was delicious as usual but I do not think they enjoyed it as much as we do...maybe our taste have change with our new clean eating? Well, then it was back to the house to load up all the left over sheet rock and other misc. parts of the old wall and closet. The boys left for the dump and MIL and I hung out at the house. When they returned we had decided on a movie and so we headed out to see Men Who Stare At Goats at the discount theater. It was ok. nothing great but I got some yummy popcorn...mmmmm.
next up was a little dice action and then a late night talk about how to help your child eat well and to help curb any future eating disorders like mine. I do not mean the typical one...just an unhealthy relationship with food and not knowing what REAL food should taste like and craving comfort food that is stuffed full of fat and unnecessary calories. I hope Warren and I can instill his awesome relationship with food into our children and leave my insecurities in the dust...I guess only time will tell!

Relax and Eat
So Friday night was incredibly relaxing! The hubs and I had great workouts and returned home to cuddle and watch a movie...but not before stopping for some much craved ethnic food. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! While it was not the Thai food I had wanted for a bout a week...it was from my favorite Korean Place...mmmmmmm. I had some delicious soup and pot stickers...both very homemade and great! Warren had bobagogoli...or something like that! It was awesome also! Overall great night! Plus I got to have some more one on one time with Leslie's ever growing beautiful belly! So excited!
Quick Movie review: We could have picked a much better movie! I do not think I have heard so many references to the male genitalia or more raunchy cuss words used in one movie! Funny People=not so funny, pretty sad, and really disturbing how in the gutter it was. Could have been much better!

Lazy Friday
I usually love lazy days...however when you are suppose to be functioning lazy days=bad Crystal(and Nicole today;))
I have said it before but my mind is already on vacation. I have no motivation but to continue to improve my body in a bathing suit. That it is...I think all day hmmm I will eat this...I should go do a quick jolt of cardio. I should close my eyes and envision my toes in the sand...ahhhh please bring me two pina coldas..oh wait that is a song! I only have 13 days left but it is going to be a long haul until we board our plane on the 30th!
The only upside right now is the three day weekend starting in just moments!! Then I will only have 8 more work days and 10...10 more days!! Ahhh Caribbean here I come!!!
P.S thank you Nicole for joining i=me in my rebellion against doing anything productive today! It is always better to have company when going against the current!!

mmmmmmmmmm
I have been craving Jalapeno's...mmm trying this when we get back from vacation!!

Jalapeno Poppers Three Ways
Ingredients
24 jalapeno peppers
3 large eggs
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup grated jack cheese
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup pizza sauce
1 Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup of your favorite jelly
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the tops off the jalapeno peppers and clean out the core and seeds. Place them upright in an armadillo jalapeno cooker (available online). Alternatively, cut holes to fit the jalapenos in the bottom of a disposable aluminum baking pan and invert it onto a baking sheet.
For the huevo ranchero filling:
Beat the eggs and stir in the salsa, half the jack cheese, and salt and pepper, to taste. Fill 8 of the peppers 3/4 full and top with the remaining jack cheese and crushed chips.
For the sausage pizza filling:
Mix together the pizza sauce, crumbled sausage, and half the mozzarella. Fill 8 of the jalapenos and top with the remaining mozzarella.
For the peanut butter filling:
Put the peanut butter into a plastic bag and cut off a corner to make a pastry bag. Squeeze the peanut butter into the remaining peppers making sure that they are filled all the way down. Top with a spoonful of jelly.
Bake the poppers for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
